We will be doing continued outreach to all tenants who may have questions about processes or paperwork. For tenants that need to return paperwork we have helped streamline the process to a fully online format.

Participants in the City of Cupertino BMR program undergo recertification every year. If you are a current resident, you will receive an income recertification packet in the mail. If you do not receive a packet, please contact us.
