Program Update: During the COVID-19 pandemic we are working to the best of our capacity while being offsite. This has presented various challenges but please be assured we are working to ensure timely and accurate processing.

We will be doing continued outreach to all tenants who may have questions about processes or paperwork. For tenants that need to return paperwork we have helped streamline the process to a fully online format.

Participants in the City of Cupertino BMR program undergo recertification every year. If you are a current resident, you will receive an income recertification packet in the mail. If you do not receive a packet, please contact us.
