APPLICATION DETAILS
On February 10, 2026, a lottery will be held for all eligible applications submitted during the application period, the results will be sent to all eligible households. Applicants will be invited to submit full applications with supporting documents.
There is a lottery pre-application for these residences. Only one application will be accepted per household.
Applicants can receive up to a maximum of 1 point based on the criteria below:
To qualify for one preference point, at least one member of the household must currently: 1) maintain a primary residence at an address located within the City of Daly City, 2) work for wages or salary within the boundaries of the City of Daly City, or 3) own or operate a business in the City of Daly City.
Qualification Criteria:
Applicants must have a minimum household size of 3 people.
Household must be First Time Homebuyers, exceptions apply.
Household must have minimum 3% down.
Household income must be below the income limits stated below.
Household must be able to qualify for a traditional 30-year loan through a mortgage lender.
The cost of the required solar leasing is $115 per month for plan 1835 and $135 per month for plan 1848. The cost is not included in the sales price, but has been taken into consideration in the affordable pricing calculation.
